Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on RIPstartup ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers Free, Growth, and Scale plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset on the first day of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused credits.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses large language models to simulate AI visibility scans, generate content drafts, and produce strategic recommendations. AI output is provided "as-is" — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have permission to analyze, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, to resell access, or to violate any applicable law.

6. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data, your domain content, and content you generate. We retain ownership of the Service, our scoring algorithms, and our brand.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Your data remains read-only for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or AI visibility outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.
